The Michael V Holdt Music Foundation is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization working throughout the USA and based in Los Angeles County.

We are dedicated to raising funds to hold amazing events that bring notice to musicians who are either extraordinary at what they do, or who perform original/different music worthy of the spotlight.

Unusual and spectacular musical events that are not usually accessible to the public
Focusing on unique and extraordinary musical artists who may not be as well-known to the public
Musical performances that the spectator will experience and remember for years to come
