The Michael V. Holdt Music Foundation (‘Foundation’) is committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of donors, participants, students, volunteers, contractors, employees, board members, and visitors. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

The Foundation may collect names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, emergency contacts, participant information, donor information, volunteer information, payment information, photographs, videos, application materials, attendance records, communications, and other information necessary to operate Foundation programs and activities.

HOW INFORMATION IS USED

Information may be used to administer programs, communicate with participants and families, process donations, maintain records, comply with legal obligations, evaluate programs, conduct fundraising activities, provide services, and support the Foundation’s mission.
